Sound Bath Class, By Kimberly Post, Please RSVP in the Front Office. $10 class fee. This is a 45 minute deep relaxation class. Crystal quartz sound bowls, drums and chimes will be used to create a beautiful relaxing experience. Bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow or whatever you need to feel comfortable. There are plenty of chairs, if you prefer to sit. Located in the Willow Room.
Age 55+. Must have a current SSC participant form on file.
