"Bathe" yourself in sound waves through this immersive, full-body meditative experience that uses intentional sound to relax and restore both body and mind.
Dress in comfortable layers. Bring a pillow, bolster or blanket to help support your body in a laying position or for added warmth.
Not recommended for people with pacemakers or epilepsy due to some vibration frequencies.
