Join us for a live sound healing session to rejuvenate, balance, and harmonize your body and mind in our upcoming Sound Bath experience with Nichole Orr from Enid, Ok.
Float in an aerial silk hammock or make yourself comfy on the floor, and allow yourself to be immersed (bathed) in the healing frequencies and vibrational sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls.
Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
