Sound bath is back at The Little Red Day Spa!Doors open at 7:30.
8:00pm-9:00pm
Lights out at 9:30.
Jeff will gently introduce each evening with light piano music and transition to traditional sound bath sounds with singing bowls, bells etc. He will end each evening with gentle bamboo flute music. Everyone is welcome to linger a bit afterwards. Blankets and cushions are provided. $10. Pay at the door. Enter through the spa main lobby
