About this Event
James Brown on handpans, Angie Marsland offering angelic vocals, and Cosmic Lee weaving crystal bowls and gongs invite you into an evening of deep rest and resonance.
On Thursday, February 19th, from 6:30–7:30 PM, we gather to rest our sacred bodies in sound and vibration, held within the transformational energies of the cosmos.
This is an invitation to pause
to be supported by healing frequencies,
to soften in community,
and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
Together, the three of us will lovingly hold a gentle container for rest, reflection, and restoration
What to bring:
- a mat to lay on
- Blankets, pilloas, eye covers
- Water to drink
- an open mind and heart
