Join Veronica of Kasama Wellness for a serene Sound Bath—a deeply immersive journey of soothing tones and vibrations designed to calm your mind, relax your body, and restore inner harmony.
No prior experience needed—simply arrive as you are and allow the gentle waves of sound to carry you into peaceful relaxation.
What to expect:
The session will begin with a brief guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other soothing instruments.
What to know/to bring:
- Yoga mat
- You will be lying on mats for most of the session so we recommend bring anything that will help make you comfortable for our time together (blankets, pillows, eye pillow)
- bottle of water
- Wear comfy clothing - think sleepover party :)
- Please be aware that incense is used before guests arrive to cleanse the space and instruments. Let us know if you have any scent sensitivities.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to settle in. We kindly ask that you be respectful of the time and space allotted for your session. Doors are locked after the start time to ensure that all participants present get an uninterrupted sound session.
All sound meditations sales are final.
