•Sound Bath @ Quartz Metaphysical with Tammy Nichols•

Join us for a relaxing evening of sound healing with Tammy Nichols. Bring your yoga mat and enjoy a cup of complementary tea before and after the sound bath. Please feel free to bring blankets, eye masks, or whatever will help you fully relax. We have several bolsters to use but those will be first come first serve. Event starts at 6 but please give yourself time to arrive and settle into the space so we can begin at 6.
