About this Event
WHAT TO EXPECT
~ During a sound bath you will lie on the floor of the studio where you will be surrounded by the healing vibrations of singing bowls, vocals, drums, and other instruments.
~ Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable such as a yoga mat, blanket, or pillows.
~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions and think about what old thoughts, habits, things, or people, we can let go in order to make room for a new way of being.
~ I will create a safe space for sound meditation and healing during which you may even fall asleep.
~The vibrations of these sounds reach every cell in your body allowing for deep relaxation and rebalancing your nervous system
~ We will end our time together with a few moments of silence.
You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and rebalanced, ready to make room for new growth. Space is limited, please reserve your spot.
