--How Sound Works — the science and spirituality of vibration, frequency, and resonance.
--The Basics of Sound Healing — understanding how sound supports relaxation, energy alignment, our nervous system, emotional release and more.
--Common Sound Healing Instruments — an introduction to crystal singing bowls, chimes and drums.
--Hands-On Exploration — experience a live demonstration/ sound bath and the opportunity to try some instruments yourself.
This class is designed to give you a strong foundation in sound healing, blending both knowledge and experience. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how sound can be used for self-care and spiritual practice, along with inspiration to begin your own journey with vibration and sound.
