About the Event:
Join Ancient Song Therapy for a unique sound experience at the Eno River Mill the Fourth Saturday of each month. We are grateful to Earth Yoga Studios for hosting this event after Eno Arts Mill & Gallery flooded after tropical storm Chantal on 06 July 2025. This will be our temporary location until the gallery space is back up and running.
Please bring any comfort items you may want during extended meditation. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided by the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
We will gather in the space at 7:30 and have a few minutes to set up and settle in. A sonic landscape will be provided by a variety of instruments-- singing bowls, percussion, chimes, and vocals. There will be an opportunity for sharing and discussion before we end at 10:30.
