THE BEGINNING OF AN ENTIRE CHAKRA SERIES
This will be a series of classes throughout the rest of the year, moving through all 8 energy centers (chakras). We will be exploring the sounds and songs of each one, in each experience, and at the end of this series (and each class) we will come up with a song to activate, heal and balance them.
