Voice of the Chakras: Sound of Awakening
Step into a sacred space of sound, voice, and movement as we come together to activate the Crown Chakra, your center of spiritual connection and higher consciousness. In this nurturing class, you’ll use your voice and body to open up to a deeper sense of clarity, express the voice of your higher self, and the flow of infinite wisdom within you.

AN ENTIRE CHAKRA SERIES
This is a series of classes that started late 2024 and into 2025, moving through all 8 energy centers (chakras). We will be exploring the sounds and songs of each one, in each experience, and at the end of this series (and each class) we will come up with a song to activate, heal and balance them.
