Ease into deep relaxation with a gentle opening posture and guided meditation, followed by a 45-minute sound healing journey using singing bowls, ocean drum, rain stick, and chimes. The experience continues with 10–15 minutes of tuning forks, placed on or above the body to deliver vibrational frequencies directly to each chakra. We close with nourishing herbal teas to help integrate and ground the experience.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
Mug (for tea)
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
