Are you looking for a wellbeing ritual to bring back your inner peace? Do you find it difficult to carve out time to meditate or contemplate matters important to you?
Feel a part of a community and connect to your inner wisdom in this Cacao, Sound & Tarot Ceremony relaxation and dynamic meditation session. It's a safe 1.5-hour evening space at the end of the week to help you find some balance.
The ceremony will open with a Cacao drink which will be shared in a circle with other participants. Cacao ceremonies are spaces for people to reconnect with ancient parts of ourselves that remember the simple power of gathering together in community. Cacao ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, and doing healing work & inner-processing. Being in a sacred space helps you get out of your normal frame of mind, allowing you to experience new insights & perspectives. Sharing cacao brings us into the same energetic frequency.
After that, you're welcome to either lie-down and relax or move your body gently to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and other harmonic instruments. If you choose to spend this session lying down, your host Aggy will be placing the singing bowls on and around your body with your permission. During the time when bowls are not placed on your body you are invited to journal your thoughts and use tarot and oracle cards for inspiration.
What to expect:
1.5-hour cacao. sound & tarot ceremony
Meditative guidance through themes, visualisations, and different parts of the body
Tarot and oracle cards for mediation prompts
A calming space for true relaxation
Please feel free to bring a notebook to write your thoughts down. There will be tarot and oracle card available to prompt your contemplation.
