This is your sanctuary to soften, release and reconnect through breathwork visualisation, guided meditation, oracle cards and sound healing. Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, koshi chimes and forest sounds will help calm the nervous system, release anxiety, tension and stress, and restore balance. 💫
Whether you’re learning to meditate, seeking tools for inner peace, or simply wishing to relax for an hour, this space welcomes you just as you are.
Our cosy room holds up to 8 people, creating an intimate setting where you can truly feel safe, supported and connected.
Weekly Sessions

📍 Wellbeing Spot – 1/31 Council Ave Rockingham (entrance on Goddard St, parking at rear)
What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, cushion or pillow for head rest and under knees, comfy clothing, water, open mind & heart. (Optional: journal, eye mask, crystals, oils). Limited spare mats & chairs available - please advise if you need a spare.

⏰ Respect everyone’s time and peace by arriving on time.
🚪 Doors close and lock at 6pm sharp. If you’re running 5 minutes late, please provide notice at least an hour before. Any later arrivals will be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting the group.
📵 Once the session begins, I will not be able to answer calls or messages to ensure there are no disruptions.
❌ No-shows are non-refundable, but you’re always welcome to reschedule.
