You’ll be guided through sound relaxation, quiet moments of stillness, and gentle grounding practices – all held in a safe, welcoming space.
There’s no pressure to talk.
No experience needed.
Just time to slow down and reconnect.

The rest is a donation on the day – give what you can afford, no judgement.
