✨Who’s Cappy Franti?
Cappy Franti, son of musician and activist Michael Franti (Say Hey (I Love You), 2008), is a certified yoga teacher, yoga nidra, and meditation guide. Passionate about deep relaxation and self-awareness, he combines sound, breath, and poetic language to create transformative spaces for healing and inner peace. A lifelong lover of music and poetry, Cappy integrates art and rhythm into his sessions to enhance the journey.
