Take time for heart-centered connection as we guide you through a powerful self-reflection journaling session, followed by 60 minutes of reiki-infused sound bath featuring healing vibrations from crystal bowls, gong, Tibetan bowls, chimes and more. We'll conclude with meaningful community connection - all designed to lead you toward deeper self-awareness, balance, and harmony of mind, body, and spirit.

Mardi is a certified sound healer, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and energy practitioner dedicated to guiding others toward deep healing and transformation. With a background in yoga, Reiki, and subconscious reprogramming, Mardi weaves together breath, movement, and vibrational healing to create a powerful space for release and renewal. Her sound baths are designed to reset the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and bring the body, mind, and soul into alignment. Through the synergy of sound and energy work, she helps participants experience profound relaxation, clarity, and inner peace.
