Cappy Franti is a certified yoga teacher, yoga nidra and meditation guide, dedicated to helping individuals tap into deep relaxation and self-awareness. With a passion for guiding others through transformative practices, he uses the power of sound, breath, and meditation to create spaces for healing and inner peace. A lifelong lover of music and poetry, Cappy believes in the profound connection between art and healing, often weaving poetic language and soothing rhythms into each session to enhance the experience. Kate "The Great" (KTG) Hunt is a passionate yoga instructor and Soulrocker based in Melbourne, Florida. Specializing in yin and hatha yoga, KTG masterfully combines movement, breath, and the healing vibrations of sound to create transformative experiences that nurture the body, mind, and soul. Her offerings include group classes, full moon beach community events, sound baths, corporate wellness programs, and global wellness retreats.
