Through gentle stretching, mindful awareness, and grounding breathwork, we’ll cultivate a state of ease and openness—preparing the body for deep rest and the mind for deep listening.
From this centered place, we’ll enter a gong-based sound bath, where rich overtones guide the body into stillness and the mind into spaciousness. Research on sound meditation suggests that sustained vibration can shift the brain toward alpha and theta patterns linked to relaxed focus, creative flow, and integrative processing.
