The Sound Bath will guide you back into your body — shifting from the outside world’s noise into inner stillness and presence.
Then, we’ll explore how to sense and connect with energy centers, both within yourself and with others — cultivating awareness, sensitivity, and intuitive attunement.
This is not a lunch event, so please enjoy your Sunday brunch beforehand.
You’re welcome to bring personal snacks or grounding food to nourish yourself after the workshop if desired.
This will help you stay grounded and present so your attention can rest on sensing subtle nervous system signals during the workshop, without distraction.
