Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath - In aid of New Hope Animal Rescue.
As the year draws to a close, take time to pause, unwind, and give back, in this deeply nurturing evening of Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing - with all proceeds going to New Hope Animal Rescue, a remarkable sanctuary offering love and refuge to animals great and small.
New Hope Animal Rescue works tirelessly, often against the odds, to save, heal, and re-home animals from all walks of life — from cows, pigs, and sheep to dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and everything in between. Their work is pure selflessness compassion in action, straight from the heart - creating a safe haven for those who have nowhere else to go. Supporting them means helping to provide food, shelter, and medical care for countless animals who deserve a second chance.
This special workshop will combine the gentle, supported postures of Restorative Yoga led by Jayne - inviting deep rest and release - with the soothing frequencies of a Sound Bath led by Monika, featuring singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to calm the mind and balance the nervous system.
A wonderful evening to restore your body and spirit while extending kindness to the animals who need it most, so please do come along and support this very much needed cause.
Together, we’ll create a space of stillness, sound, and heartfelt giving, and with Christmas just around the corner...what a gift!
