An evening of profound peace, relaxation and rest.
A sensorial experience that encourages us to pause and journey deeply within ourselves, while receiving the benefits of a Sound Bath & Reiki healing combined.
Come and join us in the New Moon, when myself Alex @breathingyoga ( Reiki Master-teacher) and my multi-instrumentalist friend and sound therapist Susan @susan.northrop.77 , take you on a gentle, but profound, journey.
No experience is needed to join us in this welcoming and very comfortable space.
Please bring with you, if possible:
a cushion, a blanket, warm comfortable clothing and a bottle of water.
