This distinctive workshop starts with a deeply relaxing Sound Journey that eases us into a meditative state, aiding in the access of inspiration and guidance from within our hearts. The sound journey starts at 10 am until 10:45am.
Following this, we transition to the creation of personal vision boards.
Vision boards serve as a visual method to concentrate energy and create distinct images of our aspirations or intentions, helping to actively fuel the manifestation process for the year ahead and beyond.
Artistic experience is not required!
