Whole Fit is pleased to offer Sound and Vibrational Therapy Workshop on Sunday, September 29, 4 - 5:30 pm. Jeanine Chayka, certified practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies, will lead our workshop.
Join Jeanine for this beautiful experience! Her Meditative Sounds promote healing, relax the body and mind, and slow down breathing and brain waves to create a state of relaxation, allowing the entire nervous system to relax and heal. Her guided Meditations and Sound Healings assist in activating the relaxation response to calm your mind, relax your body and balance your nervous system. The sounds of her Crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes and other vibrational instruments along with her guided meditations take you on a magical journey to a place of healing and rejuvenation.
