Welcome to the Sound and Gong Bath for February
People report many different effects whilst experiencing the Sound and Gong Bath. Some people report a deep relaxation to the point of not really hearing parts of the session yet their body really does feel the effects, some people feel uplifted, some people feel they have been on a journey of exploration. Nothing is wrong, as each person will experience different things. Whatever is right for you, you will feel it, so don't be surprised.
Would you like to enjoy just 1 hour of taking care of yourself? The relaxation session starts with you coming along, laden with your pillows, blankets, mats, water and you settle yourself down on the floor or in a chair. You will be guided into a relaxed state and then I will start to play the sound healing instruments including tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, tongue drum, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice and other lovely instruments.
The experience will be unique to you and your body will relax and release in a way that is safe for you.
