As we transition from 2025 into 2026, we thought we'd celebrate an exciting new co-creation - a combined Sound and Energy Bath. Join Amorah Rose and myself and immerse yourself in the experience of deeply relaxing sound and vibration and healing energy flows.
Sound journeys are effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and improving overall mental health. The vibrations and frequencies produced during a sound journey can help reduce cortisol levels, induce relaxation, and promote a sense of well-being and lightness.
Overall, sound journeys can be a powerful tool in addressing various health issues and enhancing overall wellness.

I love helping people reset with their authentic self so they feel lighter, experience more clarity and less pain. One way I offer this is in a group Energy Bath. The bath begins with a guided imagination/visualisation meditation to set the scene so essentially you receive a "bath." Then I mostly work with the infinity energy flow that cycles through the body. Sometimes there is additional work to do, depending on which body I am at, to ensure a free flow of the natural energy. I can also work to clear/shift energy in the space, as it pops up/in. It can be different each time I work with a group. You get to lay back, relax and experience what is there for unique you.
Please wear cosy, loose-fitting clothing and bring a warm blanket, pillow and something very comfortable to lie on (a yoga mat alone is not usually comfortable enough).
