Please join us for a unique combination workshop that will combine yoga Nidra, acupuncture and sound healing.Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique producing a state of consciousness between waking and sleep. Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
Acupuncture is a 3000 year old holistic healing system rooted in the principles of East Asian Medicine. Tiny needles are shallowly inserted into the body to enhance the flow of energy, improve circulation, decrease inflammation and calm the nervous system.
Sound Healing is an ancient practice that uses different instruments and frequencies to help heal, shift and harmonize the mind, body and spirit.
This workshop will allow you to deeply relax and connect with yourself and the Universe. The comfortable reclined Yoga Nidra poses will allow you to experience a serene tranquility that is enhanced by the vibrational sound healing that you will feel through the acupuncture needles and deep into your body and soul.
