Offering you a moment of deep grounding in the depths of Autumn. Here, we will be looking to ground our energies into the darker months.Nearly 2 hours consisting of a practice known as Yoga Nidra to start. Yoga Nidra is a laying practice, where you are guided through a journey within your consciousness, for you to really 'meet you'. It can offer deep rest and insight. All guided scripts are written for the specific event.
This is followed by an Autumnal Sound Bath - deep, grounding tones to complement Autumn, with the use of warmer and deeper toned bowls, drums, guitars, flutes and drones to name a few instruments.
Interlaced within the event will be selected energy work. This could be Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Work, Sound Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing to name a few disciplines. All are tailored to the event. Selected readings also hold the event within our chosen theme.
To finish, seasonal chocolates and oracle cards will be offered, to help you come to from your grounded rest and an opportunity to have a final moment of insight before you drift home.
The event takes place on 24/10/25 between 7.15pm - 9pm at Little Clacton Village Hall. It costs £20 pre booked and paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Please bring with you a cosy mat, blanket and a couple of cushions. Dress for deep rest. Bring a drink of choice too. As discussed, sweet nibbles will be provided, but if you have any specific dietary requirements, then best to bring your own.
