Welcoming you back for the first relaxation event in a series that will lead us to the end of year. Here, we deeply rest in the warm glow of late Summer.Nearly 2 hours of deep rest and insight. The event starts with a relaxation practice and some very gentle and accessible movement. Think stretching before a deep sleep.
We then enter a Yoga Nidra - a practice where we journey through your consciousness, by way of a deep guided meditation. Filled with imagery and insight, all Yoga Nidra scripts are tailored for the season.
Following on, we enter into a Summer Sound Bath, filled with gentle fluid and soft cooling tones, to align you into the here and now, in your being in a deep place of sanctuary within.
Interlaced within the whole practice will be a form of energy work (be it Reiki, Crystals, Sound Cleansing, Oracle Cards, Meditation, Breathwork, Somatic Enquiry, Journaling and Insight to name a few). This is to aid your inward journey, bringing all of your awareness to the fore, and possibly a space to facilitate healing.
To finish, sweet nibbles will be provided and a chance to pull an oracle card or 2. Feel free to stay, chat and be a while.
This wonderful event takes place on 29/8/25 at Little Clacton Village Hall between 7.15pm - 9pm. It costs £20 pre booked and paid via Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Please bring with you a mat to lay on, a blanket and a couple of cushions. all other equipment is provided, Dress for deep rest (slouchy clothes recommended, even pyjamas!)
