Rooted in somatic and trauma-informed practices, this gathering offers a safe and nurturing environment to explore self-awareness, release stored tension, and cultivate resilience. Through practices like guided breathwork, movement, mindful reflection, and shared wisdom, we will honor the rhythms of our nervous system while fostering deep, meaningful relationships.
In this circle, you will:

Here's what to expect in each gathering:
🌿 Opening ritual- grounding meditation and breathwork to center into coherence as a community
⭐️ Somatic exploration of guided practice to deepen body awareness
🌀 Wisdom sharing to engage, reflect, and discuss themes such as self-trust, boundaries, emotional resilience, and feminine wisdom
💞 Supportive connection knowing you can share without judgement, to allow for personal growth and insights
🌙 Closing integration to ground the experience for continued growth
In this space, we practice trauma-informed communication through empowering one another and honoring each other's wisdom through supportive language. As the facilitator, I will gently guide us through the boundaries we use in this safe space.

About our ticket fees:
Standard Registration- the regular cost for the circle.
Community Blessing- if you are blessed with additional funds and wish to pay a little more, we use this to pay it forward to a sister in need.
