Safely shift deeply buried trauma in this extended 4 hour workshop with Breathwork, Somatic Release, Sound and Energy Healing.
About this Event

Soulify is so much more than a typical Breathwork session.

Soulify gently nudges your unresolved emotional wounds, deep unconscious trauma and energetic blocks that are stored within the body to the surface to be safely felt, processed and released as we restore your nervous system's optimal function beyond Fight, Flight or Freeze.

Soulify is the perfect space to get beyond the noise of your daily stresses, so you can break free from the chains of past pains and live your dream future free and at peace with your loved ones.

Past attendees have also experienced euphoric states of consciousness, deeper connection to the land, animals, angels/guides as well as receive divine messages and wisdom to fulfil their purpose. It is safe to be YOU and live a life of freedom, fulfilment and deep loving connection.

Healing does not need to be painful or take years. Western science has now caught up with what the ancient eastern philosophies have been teaching all along - healing is an inside job. You have the power to self-heal. Your soul is not in the body. The body is in your soul. Which is why Soulify blends breath, body, sound and energy healing to gently heal any inner child, cultural and generational wounds that are trapped in the depths of your subconscious.

One of the greatest healers we have inside our bodies, that we have 24/7 access to is our breath. ‘Breathwork’ with its recent rise in popularity is raising awareness for people’s innate capacity to heal, which is of course amazing. But the term ‘breathwork’ has sadly become synonymous with only upregulating techniques like Wim Hof, Tummo, Conscious Connected Breath etc.

These are not right or wrong, but if you have unresolved trauma and on some level already do not feel safe in your body, then this type of breathwork can be extremely dangerous and damaging to your mental, emotional and physical health, given that many participants have outer body experiences during these types of breathing practices.

This is why Soulify is so different! Soulify is a hypnotic journey of 5 primary elements - meditation, breath, somatics, sound and energy healing. You will experience sound via live coaching, binaural beats, hypnotic affirmations and heart opening music, up and down regulating breathwork, somatic release and energy medicine for ultimate guided discovery.

The journey has been designed this way as Mark specializes in healing unknown trauma that is trapped in our bodies and for the most part, all of us that have unresolved trauma have a dysregulated nervous system. Simply put this means we spend most of our conscious day stuck in our heads, because being in our bodies aka our subconscious minds, does not feel safe. But we must first create safety in the body to then calm the analytical mind and return to the truth of who we are beyond our early childhood wounds, negative thought patterns, limited beliefs and sabotaging behaviours.

This 4 hour VIP workshop is limited to 10 spots.

Things to note:

Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with though feel free to bring any personal items that may afford you a sense of greater comfort and familiarity.

You will be invited to sit/lay upon the floor so loose clothing that enables easeful, light movement and deep breathing will serve you most supportively. There are chairs available should you need or desire one.

Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.

Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 12:15pm - 12:30pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 12:45pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.

Driving: Centre of You is located upon Chapel Street and while you may get lucky with an untimed spot, particularly on a Sunday (try High Street) predominantly 1 and 2 hour parking is available (unmetered from 5pm). So you can fully settle into the practice, we suggest you avoid the need to move your car or risk a fine and park at the CARe multilevel carpark (8-14 King Street Prahran), a 140-metre walk from COY. 3 hours parking will be charged at $6.90.

Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).

Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.

Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift. If you could use support in getting up the stairs or would like to discuss ways to make your experience at Centre of You more comfortable, please reach out via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram.

Accessibility: At COY we aim to ensure our community and events are inclusive and accessible while alongside upholding the needs and responsibilities of our business and the businesses of our collaborating facilitators. Should you be in a time of financial challenge and unable to pay the full ticket price comfortably, please reach out via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram

Ticketing T&Cs: We get it, life happens, therefore we will gladly refund you up until 24hrs before the event start time. After that, we have a strict no refund/no transfer to future events policy.

If you are no longer able to attend and wish to pay forward your ticket to someone within the community, be in touch via [email protected] or via DM over on Centre of You Instagram.
