As the sun sets, our soulful yoga class invites you to find tranquility and strength, embracing each breath with gratitude for the present

Class will begin at 7:00pm and end at 8:00pm

Mats will be provided as well as blocks, however you are welcome to bring your own.

Yoga Mat (Provided/optional)
