Teresa Kali is a singer, vocal coach, and healer who uses her voice and various healing modalities to help individuals express their true nature. Her holistic approach fosters an environment of self-inquiry without judgement, where participants can confront and embrace their inner shadows, allowing the light of their authentic selves to shine through.
Kirstine Ilum brings over 20 years of experience in movement modalities and embodiment practices, creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your inner world. Her approach is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold the key to healing, and by engaging in movement, we can initiate profound changes that resonate throughout our entire being.
Together, Kirstine and Teresa will lead you through a series of exercises designed to free your body and voice, deepening your connection to yourself and others. You will be encouraged to move as your body guides you, to vocalize as your soul inspires you, and to explore the joy of manifesting yourself through movement and sound.
