Donation-based Yoga Class
Recommended donation 5-10$
Class format:
- Spiritual Teaching – Think of it as your morning dose of wisdom, with a side of inner peace.
- Breath Work – It’s like hitting the refresh button for your soul. Just breathe in, breathe out, and try not to think about what’s for lunch.
- Warm-Up – We’ll start by gently loosening up your muscles, setting a comfortable foundation for the stretches to come.
- Postures – Time to twist, turn, stretch, and likely sweat. You’ll be guided through a series of standing poses. Designed to make you feel like a flexible, calm, and collected pretzel.
- Relaxation – Lie down, close your eyes, and pretend you’re on a tropical beach. Bonus points if you can actually stop thinking about work.
- Meditation – A last reminder to be mindful will be our wrap up.
- Smile at Your Neighbor – Because everyone deserves a little friendly, non-competitive yoga camaraderie.
*This will be an all-levels class, which means if you are brand new to yoga, there will be parts that you may find challenging, and everyone is likely to sweat at least a little
Location: 20 Crowley St, Burlington, VT - Parking is very limited please park on Ward, Strong, or Drew street
Please Bring:
- A yoga mat (so you don’t have to use the floor… unless you like that sort of thing).
- Blocks (if you need them—because sometimes flexibility is just a block away).
- A blanket or towel to sit on (unless you fancy the rustic, floor-level approach)
- A smile (it’s the best accessory you can wear)
- Friends...as long as they are not furry (unfortunately no pups)
