About this Event
This beginner friendly class is suitable for all levels. You will be guided through an hour long class with helpful cues to assist with centering, grounding and breathwork. Throughout class we will explore various yoga poses combined with mindful movement to anchor us to the present moment. We will end class with guided meditation leading to Savasana. Class may include the use of props such as yoga blocks, blankets and a yoga strap. Although not required, it is encouraged to bring your own props.
Saeeda offers Group Yoga Classes and Private Yoga Lessons that are carefully sequenced with an emphasis on functional alignment, breath awareness and anchoring into the present moment. Classes will support stillness in thought, uniting mind, body and soul in alignment with the heart. She empowers students to embrace the power of self-love and their unique and beautiful anatomy.
Saeeda has just as much passion for being a student of yoga as she does for being a teacher of yoga. She believes that mindfulness and energy healing is as essential as movement and this is what you will feel in her classes. Her fun loving energy and contagious laugh will welcome you the moment you step onto your mat.
