We’ll have a morning of glorious 4 part-harmony songs and chants from around the world, and in the afternoon we’ll chant a beautiful Buddhist mantra. A joyful and heart opening day guaranteed to put a smile on your face and uplift your heart and soul. Beautiful harmonies, beautifully simple, simply magic!

Alfoxton Park is a new Buddhist, land-based retreat centre, drawing inspiration from nature and the arts. Mahasukha leads weekend retreats every year at Alfoxton but this is the first day retreat we've put on.
The day will be run on a donation (dana) basis. Vegan lunch and drinks will be provided. We'll have an extra long lunch break to enjoy Alfoxton and it’s lush walled garden and land.
Bring a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing. Not suitable for babies/children.

Mahasukha is a very experienced and popular singing and mantra teacher and percussionist based in Brighton. He leads uplifting Soulful Singing and Beauty of Mantra workshops around the UK inc. every year at Buddhafield Festival.
