Join us for a very special edition of our monthly Soulful Sages gathering — an immersive, heart-opening experience that invites us to celebrate life through play, creativity, music, and connection.

Soulful Sages meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10:00–11:30am, but February’s gathering is truly something unique. This is not a lecture or a workshop — it’s a guided, participatory experience led by an incredible group of musicians, death doulas, and community leaders, designed to gently explore one of life’s most sacred (and often avoided) topics: death — in a way that is surprisingly light-hearted, meaningful, and even joyful.

Through live music, guided improv, ritual, reflection, and celebration, we’ll journey together through themes of living intentionally, being supported at the end of life, and honoring what matters most. You’ll be invited — never required — to participate in ways that feel right for you. Watching, listening, laughing, reflecting, or joining in are all equally welcome.

• Guidance from experienced death doulas
• Gentle reflection, play, and storytelling
• A warm, welcoming community space
• Nourishing, delicious healthy food lovingly prepared by Elaine (as always!)

This gathering is about curiosity, connection, and clarity — not fear. It’s an opportunity to come together, slow down, and remember what it means to be fully alive.
