Soulful Reflection WorkshopJoin us for an immersive 3-hour workshop designed to refocus and realign with your inner self, hosted by Jen on Sunday, November 17th, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This soulful experience will guide you through gentle movement, deep relaxation, and reflective journaling.
What to Expect:
Gentle Full-Body Movement: Begin with 40 minutes of gentle yoga flow to ease tension and connect with your body.
Deep Stretch Yin Practice: Move into a calming Yin practice, helping you deepen into stretches and release stress.
Guided Meditation and Journaling: Transition into a guided meditation to relax the conscious mind, opening space to journal from the heart, through the soul, and into the subconscious.
Extras:
Enjoy light refreshments and snacks.
Each participant will receive a journal for the session.
Cost: $66 per person
Please bring blankets and pillows to create your most comfortable space for journaling.
