Soulful Nights: Taraweeh at MWC

The Muslim Wellness Center (MWC) is offering a balanced and engaging Taraweeh experience, designed for professionals, students, and families with busy schedules.

• Concise & Purposeful: Half a Juz will be recited over eight Taraweeh rak‘ahs, ensuring Isha and Taraweeh are completed in just 1 hour and 15 minutes—perfect for those balancing work, school, and family.

• Full Juz Completion: After Taraweeh, Shaykh Ibrahim Al Khader will complete the remaining half of the Juz, allowing those who wish to stay to experience the full recitation.

• Youth Khatira & Community Connection: After the prayers, we’ll have a short, reflective Youth Khatira—a chance to unwind, engage, and gain spiritual insights while sipping on freshly brewed coffee.

• Relax & Connect: Enjoy specialty lattes and freshly ground coffee from our partner, Sukoon Cafe, along with light snacks to enhance the late-night Ramadan experience.

We want to ensure that everyone has a smooth and considerate experience at MWC Taraweeh. Please take note of the following regarding Wudu facilities:

1. Come with Wudu if possible – Our Wudu area is a shared communal space used by neighbors across the floor. To be mindful of them, we strongly recommend arriving with Wudu whenever possible.
2. No dedicated Wudu area – If you do need to make Wudu, please note that the sinks are higher than usual, and there is no dedicated Wudu station. Keep this in mind when planning ahead.
3. Use Wudu socks – We highly recommend wearing leather Wudu socks (compliant with most madhabs) to make it easier to maintain Wudu or any other Wudu compliant socks like: https://www.sealskinzusa.com
