Hey Mums of Brisbane! I am excited to announce the next outdoor waterfront walking adventure for "Soulful Mums Rising" at Lake Eden Walking Track at North Lakes. It is approximately a 1.8km round trip.
Event Details:
📅 Date: Saturday, 6th September 2025
🕒 Time: 11am - 1pm
📍 Meeting Point: At the steps area of the lake entrance just before the Boardwalk Cafe (picture will be posted in the group of the area)
🚶♀️ Walk from the steps area all the way around the track and to the Boardwalk Cafe for a drink/lunch afterwards (approx. 1.8km down and back).
Cost: Free
What to Expect?
🌞 Meet & Greet:
First up we begin with an opportunity to meet and greet other fellow mums, creating connections that can last a lifetime.
🌞 Educational Health and Wellness Talk and Tips:
Secondly there will be some valuable health and wellness info and tips shared about the amazing benefits of movement and exercise and what it does for your brain, body and wellbeing. Discover how movement and outdoor activities in nature can boost your health and wellness and help you create a strong inner foundation.
🌞 Walk:
Thirdly we will enjoy a walk in the fresh air, sunshine, blue skies along the beautiful waterfront of Lake Eden, connecting, laughing and chatting with each other, making great conversations, whilst taking in the stunning waterfront and nature views along the way.
🌞 Cool Down & Mingle:
Lastly after the walk, take some time to cool down, rest, continue with chats and connections and get to know each other better. Plus have a drink/lunch at the Boardwalk Cafe.
The Soulful Mums Rising Community is about supporting the rise of mums into their Soulful life desires, wants and dreams, by using practical strategies such as movement and exercise, which tap into their powerful resources within, so that they have a strong, unwavering inner foundation which carries and sustains their rise into their heart felt soulful life.
So, lace up your walking shoes, bring your positive energy, and join us for a wonderful morning and afternoon of movement, connection, education and inspiration.
