Join me for an evening of heart-led sound meditation, energy awareness and group healing. To send healing is a soulful privilege, a heart-expanding act of love that connects us to something greater than ourselves. If you have never shared this in a group circle, blending your energy with others to send healing into the world, you are in for a truly beautiful experience.
Together we will:
Contribute to a group mandala, infusing it with our presence and collective heart energy
Meditation to anchor and ground ourselves into the natural polarity of the earth
A sound bath with crystal bowls, a wave harp and other instruments
Explore, feel and notice our personal energy
Work with expanding and contracting our energy field noticing the difference
Create a healing circle, blending and building the energy to send to others as a group
Opportunity to also receive group energy
This is a space of open curiosity, kindness and gentle presence. Everyone is welcome no experience is needed. The evening is held in a safe, trauma-informed container, supported by my holistic wellness practice and professional social work experience.
Bring your beautiful open heart, curiosity and a small item to contribute to the mandala a crystal, feather, leaf, flowers, herbs or anything that resonates with you.
Lets feel a deep soulful connection to open our hearts and share group healing. It is optional if you would like to receive a group healing, always with intention and permission.
