The retreat invites participants to embark on invigorating hikes along scenic trails, where they can immerse themselves in stunning landscapes and the tranquility of the great outdoors. Kayaking on calm, serene waters provides a gentle form of exercise while fostering a deeper connection with nature.
Each evening begins with a unique sound bath experience. On the first night, participants engage in a floating yoga nidra under the stars—a guided meditation that gently guides them into a profound state of restful awareness. The second night features a floating sound bath on a heated pool. These practices are enhanced by the soothing vibrations of the sound bath, helping to dissolve stress and deepen the meditative experience.
Nights are spent gathered around cozy fire pits, providing a warm and inviting space for women to unwind, share stories, and enjoy the camaraderie of the group.
