Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to relieve stress, harmonize emotions and increase vitality. It can also help to release old pain, grief, anger, fear or other unexpressed emotions. A single session of breathwork can change your life, creating immediate and permanent results.
The practice allows us to reclaim and reconnect with all aspects of ourselves, thus nourishing our sense of wholeness, enriching our relationships and expanding our capacity to experience life more fully at any moment.

What to bring:
• yoga mat
• blanket or sleeping bag
• small pillow
• eye cover
• bottle of water
There is a limited number of yoga mats, blankets and pillows you can borrow at the studio, if you forget yours. Chairs are also available.
Please refrain from heavy food at least 30 minutes before the workshop.

We’ll begin with awareness and intention setting and, after a brief introduction to the breathwork practice, we’ll breathe for about 60 minutes. We’ll complete with suggestions for self-care and the opportunity to share and address any questions that arise.
