Mat Yoga w/ JoiofDance

**This event is separate from current Aerial Athletica memberships pricing & schedules**

What:

60-minute yoga practice focusing on strength energy and balance with 15-30 minutes of additional meditation.

Open to ALL levels and abilities. Modifications will be offered to make postures more/less challenging.

When:

Every Saturday in August at 7am! August 6th 13th 20th 27th.

What else:

Due to limited availability please bring your own yoga mat and props if you have them (blocks towels straps). Although we will be practicing during the coolest part of the day it will still get hot! Please also bring a water bottle (multiple refill stations are available).

Masks are not required but recommended.
