About this Event
SOULBODY BREATH® is an immersive, conscious breathwork experience, rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern neuroscience.
Through conscious and dynamic breathing with breath retentions, the body's innate intelligence is activated. Stored tension finds room to release. Subconscious layers open. Things shift in ways that thinking alone never could.
The breath becomes your guide. Not something to manage or master, but an ally you already carry. With each cycle you soften, surrender, and arrive somewhere closer to your own truth. Jenni leads you through heart connection, somatic practice, and deep inquiry, with reflection and integration woven throughout.
This is a space for feeling, for creative expression, and for the kind of connection that begins when you finally come home to yourself.
What to bring:
- Water bottle.
- Comfortable clothes.
- Notebook (optional).
How to prepare:
- Don't eat anything heavy from 3 hours before.
- Bring an intention with you that want to explore.
Each session follows a full arc:
- Opening and grounding
- Technique overview and health and safety
- Warm-up breath and somatic guidance
- Guided breathing cycles
- Rest and receive
- Closing circle

This experience involves active breathwork and is not recommended if you are currently experiencing or have a history of any of the following:
Pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, cardiovascular diseases (including stroke), severe asthma, kidney or lung disease, glaucoma, detached retina, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure with a history of fainting, recent surgery or fractures, clinical anxiety, psychosis, or untreated or severe PTSD.
