About this Event
This historic walking tour will cover the southern half of Soulard, and will discuss the history of the mansions in the hills of the neighborhood, along with the beer barons who lived there after building their fortunes. There will also be a number of flounder houses, stone houses, and other unique architecture that will be seen throughout the tour. The tour will last between 2 and 3 hours, and will cover a large portion of the southern half of the neighborhood. The tour will begin in Pontiac Square Park at the 9th and Ann entrance. Tickets are $20 per person until the day of the event. Same day tickets are $30.
Tickets are non refundable, unless otherwise stated. If you miss the event, you can use your ticket to attend a future event free of charge. If you have trouble finding the tour, be sure to contact St. Louis History and Architecture immediately, within 10 minutes of the advertised start time. Tours always give 10 minutes in case of late arrivals.
