What is Soul Yoga?
It's a program crafted for students who are new to yoga and would like to learn the yoga postures at a slow and gentle pace, while combining Yoga Philosophy.

Program Includes:
8+ Hours of in-person instruction (Lecture + Yoga Practice)
Access to 5 Community Online Classes via Zoom (Available Tuesdays 6:45pm or Saturday 8:30am)
Material that will be provided for each lecture.
*13 Hours of Yoga when combined with the Online classes.
*Course requires a minimum of 4 students registered in order to start.
What do you need to attend these sessions:
A Yoga Mat | Yoga Blocks | Yoga Strap | Water
Space is Limited.
Student must be registered before attending to the 1st class.
