SOUL YOGA - SUMMER SESSION!!!
WHAT: Our much loved gentle & beginners level Yoga class set to a mix of Soul Classics curated to uplift our Spirits & soothe our Souls.
WHEN: Saturdays at 10:00am-11:30am from June 22 to August 17 (No class on July 13th)
WHERE: 349 Eudowood Lane, Towson, MD 21286 (on the second floor of the Family Life Center)
WHO: Beginners/All Levels (practice involves standing and sitting on the floor)
COST: $15 for a drop-in class. Pre-registration & pre-pay is required at www.thedivinesense.com/soul-yoga.
MAX STUDENTS: 10 students max so register soon!
WEAR: Comfortable loose fitting clothing
BRING: Water + Yoga Mat
OTHER: Waiver & releases must be signed to participate.
