Soul Walk - Labyrinth of Soulful Dialogue

For our first Soul Walk, we selected a labyrinth (a maze) full of twists and turns to stimulate aspects of our work around imagination, embodiment, flow and presence.

Dialogue, like walking a labyrinth, is an orientating, grounding and connecting experience, much needed in times dealing with uncertainty, disruption and disorientation. 

You are encouraged and invited to:

• slow down and enjoy contemplative moments (both alone and in the presence of others)
• engage in co-creative shared walking experience around the intention of flow and stuckness, by contemplating: 'What do I need to walk through right now?’ 
• share meaning through gentle dialogue, not with the intention to ‘fix’, but rather to honour each others’ integrity, wholeness and dignity (in recognising the unique and similar ways we journey)
• experience a space of attunement and learning, rather than teaching or preaching. 

We look forward to walking with you as your companions, peers and facilitators, to share in the silence and spirited conversations - may we learn, resonate and attune with each other.
